This course covers a breadth of topics regarding sound information management practices and standards. Participants from the community information sector would be able to play their role better as keepers of the information management standards in their local communities. Participants from the settlement sector, or any other sector for that matter, would gain basic understanding of the sound information management practices to determine the information needs in their community and in their organization.
This module would take up a maximum of three hours to review all the resources, complete worksheets, write up your reflections and fill in the surveys.
